We hope that you are satisfied with all your purchases. However, if an item does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. For more information about our return policy, please see below.
Returns & Exchanges
To receive a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of receipt. The product must be in the same unused condition as when received and in its original packaging. Items that have been washed or worn are excluded from returns. All returned items must be folded and packaged in their original form.
If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., due to dissatisfaction), the consumer bears the return shipping costs. The specific costs depend on your chosen shipping provider. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
If the received goods are not in order due to an error on our part (e.g., damage, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Procedure
Please contact our customer service at service@alltagsmode.com to obtain a return label and specific instructions. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Include the printed purchase receipt (or order confirmation) in the package. Securely pack the item in its original packaging. In cases where the reason for the return is not due to our error, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 7 days after order confirmation as long as the goods have not yet been shipped by us. Please contact us immediately for this.
We usually process orders within 1-3 business days after receipt. A cancellation request that reaches us before shipping and within the 7-day period can usually be processed without issues.
- The package has not yet been shipped: If your cancellation reaches us before shipping, we will process a full refund as soon as we receive your request.
- The package has already been shipped: If your package has already been shipped, you can refuse delivery or return the goods according to our return policy. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless there is an error on our part). The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the goods in our warehouse.
Exchanging Ordered Goods
- An exchange is only possible as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible in this case.
- Only exchanges for the same size and at the same price will be accepted.
- For an exchange for a different model, please contact our customer service: service@alltagsmode.com. (Note: In case of price differences, the difference must be paid.) Often, it is easier to return the item and order a new one.
- The exchange depends on the availability of the goods.
Processing Time After Receipt
After we receive your return and check the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 business days from receipt at our end. Depending on the credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card. We will notify you by email as soon as the process is complete.
Defective or Damaged Goods
For defective or damaged products upon arrival, please contact us immediately at service@alltagsmode.com and include photos or a video to arrange for a free return, refund, or exchange.
